Pending finalization of the transfer, IN QUARTZ STONE SDN. BHD. continues to serve as the contract manufacturer for all FF QUARTZ STONE SDN. BHD.-branded quartz stone products.
Current Arrangement :
All products sold under the FF QUARTZ STONE SDN. BHD. brand are physically manufactured at IN QUARTZ STONE SDN. BHD.’s facility. Until the production license transfer is finalized, the products are shipped directly by IN QUARTZ STONE SDN. BHD. on behalf of FF QUARTZ STONE SDN. BHD. with full traceability and quality control maintained by FF QUARTZ STONE SDN. BHD.
Transition Plan :
Once the production license transfer is finalized, IN QUARTZ STONE SDN. BHD.’s manufacturing operations will be fully integrated into FF QUARTZ STONE SDN. BHD., and all future shipments will be made directly under FF QUARTZ STONE SDN. BHD.’s own export license
